As they say, all doctors have their own specialization and yes even dentist! Specialized dentist or orthodontics, dealt with straightening and alignment of teeth. On a regular basis, the patient is advised to wear braces or retainer over a long period of time.  When the braces are already in place, a monthly checkup should be religiously followed. This will involve regular teeth cleaning, consultations, and even braces adjustments. Perfect smile is just a one to two years away if you really desire to have one.
